Recently, the Mate Solar team held a unique team building activity at a farmhouse base in the beautiful Hefei. This activity combined traditional big pot cooking, interesting game challenges and sweet strawberry picking, bringing an unforgettable feast of joy to the team members.
In the morning, the sun was shining brightly, and all members of the Mate Solar team gathered and set off with great anticipation to head to the carefully selected farmhouse base. The base was shaded by green trees and filled with fragrance, providing an excellent natural environment for the event.
The event first kicked off with a unique big pot cooking. The team members were divided into several groups, each responsible for cooking three to four delicious dishes. Everyone had a clear division of labor, some were responsible for making fire, some were responsible for washing and cutting vegetables, and others were chefs. After a busy period, a delicious dish with good color, fragrance and taste was presented to everyone. The team members sat together and tasted the food they made by themselves, with constant laughter and joy.
After lunch, we took a break and the fun game session officially began. We prepared a variety of fun games in advance, and the team members actively participated, fully demonstrating the perfect combination of teamwork and personal ability. During the game, everyone not only exercised their bodies, but also enhanced their understanding and trust with each other.
In the afternoon, the team went to the nearby strawberry picking garden for picking activities. In the strawberry garden, bright red strawberries hung on the branches, exuding an attractive sweet scent. The team members shuttled between the strawberry ridges, picked fresh strawberries by hand, and experienced the joy of harvest. After picking, everyone also tasted the strawberries they picked by hand, and the sweetness and satisfaction were beyond words.
This farmhouse team-building activity not only allowed the members of the Mate Solar team to fully relax and enjoy themselves after busy work, but also further enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.
